  • 6 slices bread, toasted
  • 8 oz. burrata
  • 1 pint assorted cherry tomatoes
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Olde Thompson Pesto Pasta Mix-Ins Seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons grated parmesan

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Drain the burrata and mash. Mix evenly.
  2. Cut up the cherry tomatoes into fourths. Mix the tomatoes with the salt, pepper, oil and balsamic.
  3. Spread the burrata evenly between all 6 pieces of toast.
  4. Top the burrata with the tomato mix.
  5. Sprinkle the parmesan, followed by the Olde Thompson Pesto Pasta Mix-Ins Seasoning
