2 Tablespoons Olde Thompson Monterrey Steak Seasoning
¼ cup oil
¼ cup water
Juice from 1 lime
2 lbs flank or skirt steak

INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk together Marinade Mix, oil, water, and lime juice in a bowl. Place meat and prepared marinade in a resealable bag.
Seal bag and refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. While meat marinates, prepare a grill to medium hot.
Remove meat from marinade. Discard bag and any remaining marinade.
Grill meat until cooked to desired doneness. Allow meat to rest for 5 minutes before enjoying.
Serve in warm tortillas with diced onions, chopped cilantro and salsa.
