GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP

  • 2 Tablespoons Olde Thompson Garlic Butter Seasoning
  • 1 1/2-pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 T Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Tablespoons (1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup dry white wine
  • 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley or 2 teaspoons dried parsley, optional

  1. Combine Garlic Butter Seasoning with shrimp and oil.
  2. Heat butter in a sauté pan over medium-high heat until melted.
  3. Add shrimp and cook, stirring frequently, until shrimp is pink and firm to the touch, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add wine and cook until half of wine is absorbed, and sauce thickens, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  5. Remove from heat. Toss with parsley, if using. Serve immediately.
